A new culinary experience
In summer 2011 we opened an all new fine dining restaurant at the Vanderbilt Grace under the direction of our Group Chef de Cuisine, Jonathan Cartwright.
Regular Hours:
- Dinner, Tuesday - Thursday: 6 - 9pm
- Dinner, Friday & Saturday: 6 - 9:30pm
Dress Code:
We suggest jackets for gentlemen, ties are optional and we do not permit jeans, sneakers or athletic wear in the restaurant.
New England's Finest
Muse by Jonathan Cartwright delivers international food and wine with homage to many of the local culinary traditions of Rhode Island. Chef Cartwright's modern take on traditional European cuisine creates unique and exciting menus that change seasonally. Guests can expect classic New England specialties such as Clam Chowder, Pan Roast Pheasant Breast and smoked Lobster.
The new décor carefully combines period features of the 100 year old Vanderbilt Grace with a fresh modern, aesthetic.
